For Domestic Packages:
Payment can be made in 3 Installments

1 st Installment	Confirmation Time	Flight Payment + 30 % of Land Package
2 nd Installment	20 Days before Travel Date	30 % of Land Package
3 rd Installment	1 Day Before / On Arrival	40 % of Land Package

For International Packages:
Payment can be made in 2 Installments

1 st Installment	Confirmation Time	10,000 as Token for just Blocking
2 nd Installment	Confirmation Time or after 1 Day of Token	Flight Payment + 30 % of Land Package
3 rd Installment	20 Days Before Travel Date	70 % of Land Package

NOTE: Payment Policy may Change depends on hotel cancellation policy/ Travel date/ etc

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations should be intimated through email and refund policy will be effective from the date of receipt of this email.

· If cancelled 45 days or more before departure: 20% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

· If cancelled 45 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

· If cancelled 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

· If cancelled 15 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package price would be retained as cancellation fee

· No shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee

· For Flights/Trains/Buses, cancellation will be as per cancellation policy of Airlines/IRCTC/Transport respectively.

· In case we are not able to provide same hotels as are mentioned, then we shall provide the similar alternate properties,
change in the price if any will be advised.

· The package price does not include - expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service,
alcoholic beverages, camera fees, etc. Any meals and services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.

· In the event of circumstances/situations such as road blockage due to strike /agitation, natural calamities,
sickness evacuation, delay/cancellation of train/flight etc. Also, due to monsoon rains and extreme weather
pattern journey time can vary enormously at all time of year, which is beyond our control and additional expenses incurred
due to these reason has to be borne by traveler only.

· All transfer times and sightseeing are subject to variations depending on time availability, traffic flow and road conditions.

· Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per the hotel policies.

· Houseboat check in Will Be 12:00 Noon & Check out time will be 09:00 AM. Early Check In, late Check out Subject to Availability

· It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo Id's(Driving License, Passport, Voter Card).

· If Hotel ask for any Supplement charges for Gala Dinner, on 24-Dec, or 31-Dec, should be paid directly by traveler to hotel.

02 Nights Munnar | 01 Night Alleppey

Day 1 : Cochin-Munnar

Arrive at airport , our representative will receive you and will transfer you to Munnar (130 km/ 3.30 hr). Throughout the journey enjoy beautiful streams small water falls, Rubber, Pepper cardamom and Tea plantations and thick forests, God has blessed his own country with incomparable beauty – to have everlasting memory of your days in Kerala. On arrival at Munnar check into Hotel. Overnight stay at Munnar

Day 2 : Munnar

After breakfast we take you for a full day sightseeing trip of Munnar, watch beautiful mist kissing romantic green meadows- mind-blowing hills sleeping under green carpet. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Munnar Places to visit:-
Mattupetty Lake & Mattupetty Dam: 10km from Munnar, Mattupetty Lake and Dam is a beautiful picnic spot with the panoramic view of the tea plantations and the lake.
Munnar Boating: Young couples who travel to Munnar should not miss out on the beautiful 'Kashmiri-Shikara' boat ride.
Echo Point: 15km from Munnar, on the way to top station from Munnar is a small lake set amidst rolling hills.
Kundala Lake & Kundala Dam: 23 km from Munnar, This Lake is very beautiful amidst lush jungles. Each trip lasts around 30 min and will be closed at 4:30PM
Munnar Tea gardens: The visitors are greeted with miles and miles of unending tea plantations on entry into Munnar
Munnar Tea museum & Tea factory: This museum remains open from 10AM till 4PM every day, closed on Monday. There is fee of 75/- INR ticket fee per head for entrance
Blossom Park: Beautiful gardens with rare varieties of plants and flowers, shady trees.
Munnar Elephant Ride: Munnar is well known for the elephant rides. It costs approximately 100 INR to 450 INR per person
Rajamalai Eravikulam National Park: See Nilgiri Thar - an endangered species of mountain goats, rolling grasslands and sholas, spread over 97 sq km in the Rajamalai hills, rare flora and fauna, Atlas moth (largest in the world), The entry fees is approximately 60 INR per person

Day 3 : Munnar-Alleppey

0800 Hrs after breakfast check out from Hotel and at 1230 hrs check in at houseboat. Rest of the day at leisure on the House Boat. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow serene backwater canals. Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee with snacks, dinner and enjoy your evening on the sundeck away from polluted cities and maddening crowd .Only disturbance will be twinkle of a shining star or diving of fish around your to say hello by waving its tail from the lake. Overnight stay on House Boat.
Check in at 12.30 hours
After brief introduction about the trip, start the cruise
Relax and enjoy the canals and rivers and backwater
13.30 hours stop for lunch ( traditional Kerala fish curry meals) time
14.30 hours cruise continues trip covering beautiful rivers and canals with palm trees and small houses near to it, villages paddy fields, churches etc..
You can also buy fresh prawns, crab, karimeen from local fishermen and chef will make it tastier fish curry or fry for your dinner
At 18.00 hours houseboat will anchor in an isolated area till the next day morning 7.30 hours.

Evening enjoy your dinner.

Day 4: Alleppey -Cochin

Morning Check Out from houseboat and proceed to onward destination and then drop at Cochin Airport / Railway Station, after local sight seeing of Cochin.
